Positive: We use BatchGeo to help plan our family vacations. We identify areas we want to visit, map these out ahead of time then while visiting, use the map to come up with the best plan for each day based on weather and location. Great tool and easy to use!

Negative: My only complaint is needed to go to email to see the initial map.

Summary: If you are looking for an easy to use route planner-look no further-this is it! Started using this years ago and it never have switched since. It is very intuitive and is great for territory planning.

Positive: Love BatchGeo always makes route planning easy-especially with multiple stops! It also allows you to filter specific columns if you are trying to drill down on specific groupings which is awesome.

Negative: Nothing-it works every time. Never have had an issue using this tool and there is always assistance when needed.

Summary: BatchGeo has no downside. Maps of addresses are easy to make and easy to edit. It's so fast, you can look like a hero for showing quickly where addresses are located—a game-changer when distance is a factor in decision-making.

Positive: I looked far and wide for a tool like this, and BatchGeo is exactly what I'd hoped for. Copy and paste address info into their form and you get an almost instant visual of addresses on a map. This made my life as a volunteer coordinator and travel planner so much easier!

Negative: You must have some basic knowledge about how spreadsheets work, but a little knowledge goes a long way and then it's a snap.

Summary: The potential and value for BatchGeo is amazing. We've used it a few different ways for several years and with some tweaking and customization, it can do some impressive maps. We were able to create maps based on our users for an entire county based on zip code, which we've used for outreach and advertising purposes. Incredibly valuable.

Positive: The free service is feature-rich and awesome. We're small enough that we don't need the paid service, but it would clearly be an advantage to many larger organizations. It's served our needs beautifully.

Negative: The price is steep, particularly for a small organization, but the free service is excellent, so no complaints from us.

Summary: BatchGeo is awesome! Highly recommend it. I love how it shows additional number when more than 1 person is at the same address. It's quick and super easy to use!

Positive: I've used the free version of BatchGeo to track participant's addresses in a community program. It helps located where participants live so we can focus marketing efforts and where those we are serving live.

Negative: With the free version, you are limited on the number you can use. I get it! I use it a few times a year so the free version works great for me.

Summary: Overall BatchGeo is a great product. It works exactly as it should and continue to use it for mapping tasks.

Negative: Not much, overall is a great product. Wish it had more options for customizability.

Negative: Unable to get a map straight away, have to go into email and click on link, however automated email is always straight away so no issues.

Summary: Great app to use to plot customer locations or frequently visited places for work or leisure. I have used this to plot by customer locations that I frequent often, as well as customers whose business I am looking to gain. I would recommend BatchGeo to colleagues, friends, and family.

Positive: Easy to use, helpful when mapping customers. Organizes information that has been plotted on the map. Easy to share and send your map to other viewers.

Negative: I did not like that I am only able to create one map before I have to pay. I would like to be able to have at least two before I am required to purchase access to another map or other features.

Summary: Love the product. Very easy to use. Very helpful. With a route optimization function it would be perfect.

Positive: Extremely easy to use. A beginner is able to use it and get fantastic results. Uploading locations is so fast and super easy!

Negative: There is not an option for route optimization. It lists all the locations but doesn’t tell you the best way to get to them.

Summary: Great tool! I appreciate the support and dedication to keeping this free for government entities with limited funding.

Summary: It's a good free tool if you have to geocode few addresses. It simple to use and fast. I recommend to use by copy and paste from Excel.

Positive: Good for geocode several addresses. I use it to geocode approximatey 30 addresses that I copy from a Excel.

Negative: Sometimes it fails geocoding some addresses, and I have to modify 2 or 3 times the map.

Summary: This database helped add key details to a project I was working on and played a key role to the success of the project.

Positive: The outcome of the project exceeded expectations. Once I figured out how to use the database, it was easy. The map is accurate and professional.

Negative: I had difficulty understanding the database at first, but once I understood it, the process was very easy.
