    Summary: So I did purchase USDT worth 2000 CAD using interact transfer with Banxa on the 24th of October. 30 minutes later I got a message saying my transaction was canceled. October 25th Banxa went ahead and accepted the transfer. I contacted them and they said funds have been refunded and it will take 10 business days and they even have prove of it.I asked for the prove no reply. After 12 business days I reached out again and I was told that my money have been emailed to my inbox. I told them I have not seen any email snd I was told they can't send it again.on the 13th of November they keep telling me different stories. Banxa contacted me one week ago and still lied that my money have emailed to a wrong email address and they are waiting for my bank to cancel it.This is a big fraud because only the sender can cancel Interact e transfer. If they think I am making up this I will post all the email conversations here.I will continue sharing my experiences to every single platform till I receive my money back. Please avoid using their services.

    Summary: I don't understand my account is on hold for a reason you guys cant tell me because of the law what BS are you guys pulling here? Why can't you tell me why my account is on hold? I've been using your service for few years without any problems and now no help, no support.

    Positive: Was easy to use, worked with my bank in Canada, never had to contact support after an hour to so the bitcoin will show up.

    Negative: Never had problems till now, now support is giving me false information and claiming that due to the law they can not tell me no information about my account on their own servers.

    Summary: In the fast paced world of crypto these guys are honestly a joke. I had to use them as a third part payments option for a new platform I'm trying out. Not until I make the transition do they advise it may take 48 hours and not the 24 they alluded to.

    Even 24 hours these days is a joke. On a separate platform I transferred a larger amount and including creating the account money was transferred in 2 minutes.

    I send a support ticket now to be advised that will be 24 hours as well. You won't survive in this industry with time frames like that
