    Summary: When, trying to implement a software, the owners of the software, were constantly not getting back to me, in the end we paid for software we were never able to use.

    Positive: Hypothetically, the software was supposed to help me get a head of the online ordering system as a small bakery.

    Negative: The worst customer support ever basically took our money and did absolutely nothing.
