    Not user friendly or stable, blame municipality for basic lack of continuity directly attributable to poor UI

    Summary: - unstable as in frequently tells me I’m no longer signed in while navigating between menu options.
    - gives conflicting messages saying your records are “unavailable, unavailable, unavailable but to the right is a button half hidden by the “How can I help you Today?chat bot widget. There is actually records available in-spite of deceptive “unavailable” message.

    - chat option “blocks crucial buttons” needed for navigation and just refers you back to municipality who refer you back to BS&A because they have same questions related to usability that I have but they haven’t found a contact to fix the issues either.

    Positive: Initial sign up was easy can’t really saying anything else positive because of frustrating user non- friendly issues that can not be discussed with BS&A because they refer users back to municipality not their own internal support

    Negative: - lack of technical support
    - disclaimer that they are NOT responsible for data discrepancies or usability issues.
    - pass the buck blame the municipality instead of looking into usability issues that are solely in their control.

    Summary: The information here can’t be trusted. I reported to Brighton police because it falsely states my house was sold 6/30/2023

    Positive: Looks pretty, reviews are good, however the source may not reliable. My house is in Brighton Michigan. I never sold the house but BS&A Online says I sold the house in 7/30/2023.

    Negative: False information on my house in Brighton Michigan.
