Summary: I used 2 other programs before switching to BIPTrack just over a year ago. The difference it has made in my life has been huge!

Positive: The notes and reports are so much easier to use than the others I tried. The app is just easier to use. I like that it has everything in one app too. Being able to work offline was a must for me.

Negative: I really haven't any cons yet. It has really been a very positive experience so far.

Summary: So many of our kiddos receive multiple services. Being able to keep all of that data and documentation in one place has simplified everything. We got rid of all of our filing cabinets and binders.

Positive: BIPTrack was very easy to learn and I was very impressed at how quickly we were able to make the switch. We all noticed the difference in efficiency immediately. It came with templates for IEPs that we modified and now use as our standard. The language translations have been a game changer! Being able to collect forms from parents and give reports in any language is something we'd never seen before but now cannot live without!

Negative: BIPTrack comes with a lot of features to support agencies and therapists that we didn't use (time management and scheduling/billing/claim stuff). So it was nice that we could choose which features we wanted to use and hide the others.

Summary: I had gone back to paper after struggling with other software. A colleague showed me BIPTrack and it has been has been a game-changer for us. We just started using the API to deliver reports to a school we visit. I don't really know how it works, but it is super cool to not have to upload each one anymore!

Positive: Integrated assessments and you can make your own. The notes and reports work better than any other software I tried. Data tracking is super easy and very customizable. Also, it has language translations too. Love it.

Negative: I love love love this software. Even when I wanted a new type of goal progress report, they added it for me!

Summary: Over the last 6 years, I have used a lot of different software products to track data and create session notes. BIPTrack is by far the best and I only wish I had found it sooner.

Positive: Easy to understand. Assessments are included as well as a tool to make them yourself. I love how my session notes are mostly-automated! BIPTrack has saved me a ton of time. The support staff was great and helped me move all of our data out of Central Reach and into BIPTrack (for free)! The ability to remotely monitor therapist's activity and train & evaluate new staff has been really helpful.;

Negative: I really do not have any cons. I just wish it was free :)

Summary: I've used many data collection platforms over the years, but BIPTrack is the easiest to understand and use. It has never lot any of my data either. even when i accidentally deleted half of a report and saved it before i noticed, their support staff were able to restore the report for me. The reporting features are MUCH better than any other software I've used in the past.

Positive: The interface is simple and easy to understand. the software is very customizable and has data collection features the others don't.

Negative: It can create invoices and generate forms, but they do not submit to insurance companies automatically (you have to log in and upload them yourself). But it does integrate with some warehousing companies, learner management systems, and software like Kareo.
