    Summary: MS Cognitive Services chatbot is an AI-powered chatbot that provides a fully hosted low-code/no-code platform, enables users of all technical abilities to easily build conversational AI bots. Provides an easy-to-use web-based service to train AI to respond to user’s questions in a more natural, conversational way.

    Positive: No programing required.
    Quick and easy setup and configuration; unlike other solutions such as AWS, MS automatically creates the underlying services and completes the integration for you! We can stand up a fully functional Cognitive Services chatbot in just a couple of hours, but it took days to create a similar application within AWS.

    Negative: We struggle to identify cons with the Microsoft Cognitive Services. The ease of use, rapid creation, low-code/no-code approach is amazing. We have used the tool with both structured and unstructured data.

    If you would like sentiment analysis or to integrate voice, that can be done, but it does require additional work.
