    Very comprehensive solution - solve anything

    Summary: Does come with a learning curve, but once concepts are internalized, the power of being able to automate any business process while bringing simple-to-use GUIs to the users is fantastic. Integrate with any system - if need be by using RPA - to keep those backend systems as far from users as possible.

    Positive: Sticks to industry standards (BPMN 2.0), so it is very easy to move from documentation tools to this orchestration software. Like the differentiation between point-and-click / script-based / Java-based work so that projects can easily be split up amongst different departments. Great to see cross-platform compatibility for the designer as well as the reactive HTML5 application / portal GUI. No need to pick a particular browser.
    Integration capabilities are incredible, as is the reporting tool and the ability to output PDF, Word, Excel, etc. documents without need to buy addons.

    Negative: The Designer GUI is dated - would be nice to have that freshened with the option of making elements bigger on screen (with a big monitor with high resolution, finding the right toolbar buttons isn't always instant).
