Summary: Cool thing. I have no trouble understanding it. It was very simple and cool to understand. Just have to read.

Positive: Awesomeness. It's the most awesome thing ever. I have not ever experienced anything like it. I think I would do it again.

Negative: I have no dislikes about this product. There's really not anything to say much about it.

Summary: Very cool to browse items, i recommend it, just browse and explore and its easy to use, pretty cool.

Summary: I love to use it for my Amazon shopping, as well i like being able to purchase my Walmart gift card ti help with my daily purchases

Positive: I love how I can purchase cheap and reliable products, honestly this helped me so much on finding items quickly and being able to afford them!

Negative: I really wish I could change the point for real money, it would make it have more variety in being able to purchase and other stores

Summary: Its very convenient and easy to use and access at home. I would recommend this to everyone I know. I love it

Summary: I love Awardco. Ever since Outdoor Venture Corporation has started working with Awardco I have been able to obtain so many things from them that I wouldn't have otherwise been able to achieve. It motivates me to get to work a few minutes early every day, so I can get more points from the app. The app is super easy to use, they celebrate my achievements, and they are super responsive to questions.

Positive: Awardco is Amazing! I get free stuff and or gift cards for showing up to work which I have to do anyways. They have a huge selection of items and gift cards from all the retailers I use regularly. I love getting those Amazon online gift cards!

Negative: I have no problems at all with Awardco. Awardco is super easy to use and it helps me save for things like electronics, gift cards, or birthday gifts that I otherwise wouldn't have been able to obtain.

Summary: My experience with the app has been nothing but positivity. Reassuring that we are on the same page and progressing towards the finish line. Also complimenting each other in a job well done. There is nothing like the reassurance that you are doing an amazing job. A small reward usually helps get together and celebrate accomplishments also helps motivate us to maintain a positive environment.

Positive: I believe that the award app is very encouraging. A lot of times we strive so hard to accomplish so much it can be defeating at times. However with the Awardco app I believe it gives a little bit of boost to reassure that we are all on the same page working at the same goals.

Negative: I really don't have any cons that I don't like about the award app. I think it is very rewarding and so many ways.

Summary: I have never had an incentive at the work place like this and I hope to continue to shop with Awardco

Positive: I love Awardco. I look forward to preforming great at work to continuously earn points to shop. The items are free and the wide range of options to choose from are great.

Negative: There not a lot i don't like about Awardco but if i had to choose I would say i dislike how to search for clothing your size. Its a bit confusing if your not paying attention.

Summary: I love that it fosters an environment where teammates are encouraged to recognize the accomplishments and successes of their coworkers. In this way it also inspires employees to do their best and to exemplify the company's mentality and ethics. I also feel like its a great way for employees who don't work in the same building to recognize each other for help or deeds they reached out to each other for.

Positive: Extremely easy to use.
Encourages recognition in a great incentive way.
IS a great way to get employees to recognize each other.

Negative: It would be nice to be able to search in the feed for people specifically to see their recognitions.

Summary: GREAT PLATFORM FOR RECOGNITION! ENGAGEMENT. I would recommend the platform to other nursing facilities to utilize with the HR dept.

Positive: I appreciate the Awardco platform due to the encouraging / motivational insights it offers to the employees. A great way to have peer to peer recognition!!

Negative: No concerns, no adjustments for recommendation etc. the platform is an easy one to utilize.

Summary: Always look forward to the annual points provided. Great for companies to reward employees for healthy life choices. Shows employees companies care about their health.

Negative: When ordering clothing or shoes. Can only order the size they have listed.

Summary: It's been a fantastic experience and I'd definitely recommend to anyone and or any other companies who want to reward their employees for good jobs.

Positive: I like that we can earn points and spend them on anything we want. The app is very easy to you and easy to reach someone if there's an issue.

Negative: There's really nothing I didn't like it's a pretty cool insensitive for people who do work hard.

Summary: Overall - really liked the experience and searching through the offerings. I would have liked to know how the number of points given was decided, and why we couldn't carry them over because how would you be able to get the items that require a high number of points if you cannot accumulate them?

Positive: I liked the large variety of items to choose from and that were a large number of items you needed a small amount of points for.

Negative: I wish you would have been able to go over your points, say no more than 5, and then be given the option to pay for that overage. It was difficult to find items that totaled the number of points you have, and since the points are use or lose it would have helped to be able to use all of them.

I would also suggest that there is a way to track items coming from the bookstore since that is not an option. I contacted Awardco support and they suggested I reach out to HR or my manager/supervisor. How would my manager/supervisor have been able to assist me with this? That item finally arrived and it was the wrong color. I didn't want to go through the trouble to find out how to fix that, so I just kept the incorrect product.

Summary: From getting the notification that I received the points, to using the website to select my item and receiving it, I couldn't be happier.

Positive: Sizing was accurate, arrived in short order, good quality products to choose from. Great value for money.

Negative: There isn't anything that I consider to be a negative about this entire process.

Summary: I Like Awardco, it's a nice platform for work incentive. And makes the day and month much more delightful.

Positive: I like the incentive that Awardco gives, makes the job more exciting and makes it fun at work again.

Negative: Need more of payout monthly lol. If the employees would get more of payout it would be a better incentive.

Summary: I would recommend Awardco to anyone and any company simply because it’s a great way to feel valued and such an ease to order items you need/want.

Positive: The platform is a great way to be recognized from your employer and be able to use it for different things! It is such an easy process to get gift cards or anything you would like and customer service is always top notch and responsive.

Negative: I do not have any cons because there is always customer support that helps before getting into a con.
