Summary: The product is easy to use, easy to deploy, and has grown seamlessly as we have grown our business. The growth of AvidXchange has made our growth easier as many of our new suppliers are already familiar with Avid.

Summary: Overall, I would recommend AvidXchange. It has allowed to streamline approvals and easily integrate with NetSuite. Its also very flexible in that it picks up custom fields we use in NetSuite.
Positive: We have automated our AP approval flow as its now all don't in the system rather than manual handwritten approvals. All end users have taken onto the new flow and it has shortened our monthly close process.
Negative: The portal look and feel can be updated to be more modern.

Summary: Avid allows us to run a very large AP program with minimal AP staff and eliminates paper and hard files. Their customer service is excellent for both the company and our vendors.
Positive: Elimination of paper. Clear accounting trail from invoice creation to payment. Clear system for approvals of both invoices and payments. Ability to add supplemental documents and notes to invoices.
Negative: Vendor ACH payment fees are very high. Inability to view vendor payment set-up so we are unable to help them when they have payment method questions.

Summary: AvidXchange has made the processing of invoices much quicker and smoother with the appropriate work flows along the way. It has cut hours of work in our company.
Positive: I love the capture feature the most and how it learns more as you use it. The ease of use of the entire program is also a plus. It doesn't take long to train employees to use. Workflows can be created easily and exactly as needed.
Negative: The biggest issue is when the system is down and we have to wait for it.

Summary: Avid has made AP invoices processing easier. Vendors are able to go directly to the Avid to get payment updates or can easily search for payment info with Avid
Positive: The exact time stamp that Avid provides is phenomenal. Does not allow for misinformation to be committed easily.
Negative: Customer service email does not respond to emails and concerns.

Summary: Overall, I have had a great experience using Avid. We were one of the first to use the API functionality with MIP Accounting, and I am glad we made the switch. We save at least 0.5 FTE's on AP. If not for the complaints about the calls to vendors, I would have given 5 stars.
Positive: I really like the ability to process AP while not physically on location. In a hybrid work environment, it is seamless and managers can sign off on invoices no matter where they are. I also like that there is a digital records trail of the invoices, approvals, and processing. This has been incredibly helpful during audit season.
Negative: There were some calls to our community partner vendors informing them of the ability to receive payment via ACH, where the person reaching out made it sound like ACH payments were the only option. I had to clarify with our partners that paper checks were an option, but they were under the assumption after the communication that their only option was to accept the ACH form of payment and pay a fee. I reached out to sales and they said this was unacceptable and they would rectify the situation. Since then, I have not received any more complaints.

Summary: Easy to use, much easier and quicker than processing manual checks! Avid helps with setup and got everything integrated with our software Vantaca. This is all done at a low cost to our Associations/ customers. The cost is less than stamps would be each month if we processed manually.

Negative: Sometimes if a vendor doesn't receive the check, that creates a hassle as the funds have already been withdrawn from the account. Have to create a stop pay and wait for funds to be returned first before re-issuing new check.

Positive: I like the ease of use and having all the payables mostly automated and in one place. Also love the software’s ability to read the invoices and input most of them automatically.
Negative: It is time consuming to make changes to vendors when you use them for multiple entities.
