Summary: The cons are edge cases that don't interrupt my workflow for the majority of time I'm using the product. The rest of the time it works really well and saves me a lot of hassle :)
Well done to the Avaza team :DPositive: All the features I need in one place, including:
* address book
* tasks and kanban
* time tracking
* invoicing.
I have attempted to setup other systems to do things like this and have found when they work, there are features missing (often because they've been pulled into pay-only plugins).Negative: Well that's a hard one.

One thing that would be nice (and I've discussed with the team) is to be able to setup email task tickets to work off a domain name rather than requiring each customer to register an account. Most of my customers are not tech savvy but can manage email.
A second issue I've had is where I've got recurring invoices but need to make an alteration to the Default Payment Instructions & Notes.
The system copies the default payment instructions to the invoice notes field.
Ideally the system would be setup to separate the notes written in the invoice from the default payment instructions because as it is, if I have to change the default payment instructions, I then have to edit every single recurring invoice to make the changes there. -

Summary: Overall, Avaza is a great product for individual time tracking and task scheduling. Its user interface is super smooth and easy to understand in a short period. It also enables lots of collaboration features to focus and work together with the team.
Positive: Avaza helps in collaboration between coworkers. Inbuilt file transfer function, no extra addon or purchase required. Precise individual time tracking for every enabled user. Easy to manage big projects with multiple users.

Positive: Avaza has surely arisen as a trusted part of our business management in past few months. Our team loves the time tracking, it's been really helpful for us to track project profitability and individual time tracking. Our team has also really benefitted from the chat features and overall project management capabilities. One key feature was the ability to add clients to specific projects without having to give them access to other projects. Hoping for the best in future.
Negative: Everything is on its top currently. But it would be awesome if Avaza had some guides or any video for guiding to the beginners or for the one who is facing difficulty in implementing. This would be great ease for the newcomers. I can say it's an idea rather than a con.
