Summary: The software is really amazing, easy to navigate and use. It's well used for recurring invoices and managing support contract, and further give all promising returns. So one must look for this product for a long term.

Positive: Avaza has an immense importance in our business. The huge list of functionality and ease of use. Great set of standard reports and the project boards are quite customisable. The software replaces a few other tools- projects management, financial, timesheets, tracking expenses, reporting etc. It's the most suitable product for us and provides all beneficial results.

Negative: Using it for a few months, I am satisfied with what it is offering. Till now i can say it's a completely balanced product designed and there is rarely any sign of serious problems. If it needs anything to improve, I and my team will definitely share our ideas rather than taking it as cons.

Summary: Avaza overall is a great asset which involves solving the issue of multiple items in a project not getting lost or forgotten about. Other benefits are the time solving ability for invoicing and capturing payment and hours tracked for clients. So one can undoubtedly go for this product.

Positive: Avaza is absolutely a prominent part of anyones business. I like that my team can communicate efficiently via the platform with the chat feature and within the project tasks. Its timecard feature is well designed . This is very intuitive and easy to learn.

Negative: Avaza's no doubt is a master tool which plays prominent role in project management. I personally don't think there is any issue in this product. Everything was fine during the journey and the small faults cannot be blamed or taken as the major problem. So it's been all good till now.

Summary: Communication with customer on web design projects is what i need this for, the biggest benefit is the client is able to comment on the task directly from their email. Considering overall features of this app, its the best project management tool and also a cheapest by far with the most features i have yet seen.

Positive: Avaza has been a great asset for us which is acting as one of the best project management tool. Avaza has given us adequate advantage and fence to work efficiently on working closely on our projects and keep a track of it. With also this , it has helped us in getting clients feedback. Report generation and customer service are the prominent feature which makes it great.

Negative: Avaza all over is a crucial tool for us and it overall gives us a lot of supreme features. Every product is not a pack of full excellency ,it too possess some cons but here its cons can be neglected as it does not raise much of an issue. One can blindly prefer for this product.

Summary: Very positive experience overall. Our geographically distributed team enters their time as they're working on a project and our CFO generates and emails the invoices directly from Avaza. It's saved us probably 20 hours a month.

Positive: Avaza is an affordable time tracking and project management system. It is very configurable and supports a large number of tickets. It has a very good reporting tool with many standard reports and it's easy to create new ones. Think of a combination between Trello and Harvest, and then add on a bunch of reports, that's Avaza.

Negative: I would really like to be able to use Avaza for our entire ticketing system, but there doesn't seem to be any way to do email threading like we have in Freshdesk. So at the moment, we use FD for communicating with customers and Avaza for billing.
