    Too complicated and a bit pricey for what it offers

    Summary: For our small team setup it proved to be far too complex to configure. We lost weeks just trying to set up three basic automations and in my opinion for what it costs they should provide much more present and guided onboarding support.

    Positive: Some reporting features are interesting and show clearly where contacts originate from. The system sends notifications quickly when a customer fills out the form on the website, which is a convenient thing for our daily lead acquisition work.
