CTM is a cloud-based conversation analytics and lead management platform designed to connect marketing attribution with customer communications and sales outcomes. Formerly known as CallTrackingMetrics, the software provides call tracking, conversation intelligence, lead routing, and contact center functionality. Its call tracking technology uses dynamic number insertion to attribute incoming calls to specific advertising campaigns, keywords, websites, and marketing channels. The platform also tracks SMS conversations, website form submissions, and online chats to provide a consolidated view of customer engagement. AI-powered analytics automatically transcribe, summarize, score, and analyze conversations to identify customer sentiment, purchasing intent, and potential sales opportunities. CTM includes AI voice agents that can answer inbound calls, qualify prospects, schedule appointments, and route inquiries to appropriate team members. Workflow automation tools support lead distribution, customer follow-ups, notifications, and CRM updates based on configurable business rules. Its reporting capabilities include real-time dashboards, advertising ROI analysis, agent performance monitoring, and campaign attribution reports. CTM integrates with marketing, analytics, and CRM platforms through native integrations, APIs, webhooks, and customizable automation tools.

Bigly Sales runs AI outbound and inbound calling as a managed service. Its AI voice agents call new and aged leads, qualify them against your criteria, live-transfer interested prospects to your team, book appointments, and answer inbound calls 24/7, with every disposition, transcript and recording written back to your CRM. Bigly's team builds the campaign for you. Scripts are written with Claude, ChatGPT and other leading LLMs, and the platform tests script versions on live calls and keeps the best performer. Bigly also handles phone-number procurement, carrier registration, more than 200 whitelisted local-presence lines, spam monitoring and call routing. Before every dial, the system checks consent, suppression and DNC lists, known TCPA litigants, and state and federal calling rules and quiet hours. The reporting dashboard measures success rate per lead, cost per live transfer and cost per human contact, and breaks the dial-to-transfer funnel into each stage, including transfers lost to an unanswered buffer or a carrier error. Lead sources, whether real-time API vendors or uploaded call lists, are ranked side by side by success rate and cost. An hour-by-hour chart shows when leads convert. With the Bigly Sales MCP server, customers can manage campaigns from Claude or ChatGPT: push a list into an active campaign, check minute usage, pull transcripts, or ask which leads want a demo. Customers use it for lead reactivation, speed-to-lead follow-up, appointment setting, inbound answering and warm transfers in insurance, lending, home services, legal and fundraising. It integrates with HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel and other CRMs, and plans start at $99 a month, billed in minutes.
