Built specifically for subcontractors, Onetrace is construction management software that connects job planning, on-site evidence capture, and compliance sign-off in a single workflow. Rather than juggling spreadsheets and paper records, teams get one system covering everything from the first site visit to final handover, with audit-ready documentation ready for clients, main contractors, and regulators whenever it's needed.
The platform supports a wide range of trades, including passive fire protection, drylining, roofing, and M&E. For fire protection specialists in particular, Onetrace works as dedicated fire protection software — linking photographs, sign-off forms, and approvals to the exact job and location they cover, so compliant installations are easy to evidence. Teams also get live visibility of projects, timesheets, signed documentation, and site progress as it happens.
Key functionality: customisable forms, drag-and-drop scheduling, GPS-verified time-tracking, scope variation tracking, cost calculation, and mobile drawing markups with photo capture.

Casting Manager
At any time, you can modify your projects by clicking the "Edit Audition" button located on the My Auditions Dashboard. When initiating a new project, ensure that you complete the details across each tab. To see how your audition will look, use the "Preview" button found in the blue box labeled step 2. Your project remains hidden from other users and is not available for sign-ups until you click the "Post" button, which is located in the blue step 3 section. After you've posted, you can use the link provided in step 4 to promote your project through external audition announcements, such as on social media, your personal website, or through email marketing campaigns. By selecting the Audition Type as Public, all actors already registered in your database will receive notifications and will have the opportunity to sign up for the audition once it is posted. Conversely, if you set your audition type to Private, no notifications will be dispatched upon posting, and the audition will not be visible in the upcoming auditions area that actors access when they log in. Keep in mind that selecting the right audition type is crucial for how broadly you want your project to be announced.
