    Not great, and customer service is horrible.

    Summary: Customer service is horrible. Took almost two weeks to obtain a simple answer. Extremely long delays to answer, you're basically on your own. It says a lot about the product they offer. Also, it's very misleading to be asked to purchase a plan, with no vendor information, simply plug-in your cc card and hope not to get scammed. Other "audiogram" companies in the market are much more legitimate.

    Positive: - The amount of templates offered in the trial (but you can only create 2 audiograms, so need to upgrade)
    - You can create clips in several languages as needed.

    Negative: - Customer service is horrible, no replies or very little once in a while when convenient for a team member.
    - Purchasing on the site is very sketchy (we prayed not to get scammed)
    - Platform is ok. If you mess up and want to undo, you need to start from scratch (so time-consuming overall for 30 secs clips).
