It efficiently manages scheduled saving, synchronization, and relinquishing of resources for collaborative projects, all without requiring any user input, thereby ensuring that models remain in optimal condition while teams continue their design work. Additionally, it features an idle shutdown option to reduce license consumption during periods of inactivity. The software provides auto-save and auto-sync capabilities for both workshared and local files, relinquishes borrowed elements automatically, reloads linked models at predetermined intervals, safely exits with idle detection, and shuts down Revit upon completion. It also tracks and logs activities and analytics for BIM managers to enhance project oversight. Compatible with Windows and Revit versions 2015-2027, it is available on a per-seat basis starting from approximately EUR 119 per year, with options for both floating and desktop licenses.
