Summary: If you have to show other people your mobile screen, ApowerMirror is a decent app with a free trial (limited features) that gets the job done. I would not recommend trying to play mobile games via ApowerMirror screensharing through, because it injects quite a lot of lag that might mean winning or losing a match.
Positive: I used the free trial version to show colleagues my Unity AR app while it was being developed (use Zoom screensharing, along with ApowerMirror). This allowed for interactive debugging which wouldn't otherwise be possible remotely. I also liked how the watermark doesn't show up in short recordings (up to 3 minutes on the free trial version).
Negative: The lag, man. Maybe it's because my wifi wasn't the best, but connecting via USB C didn't seem to help either. And it's unintuitive how to quit the app on both mobile and desktop.
