Ansys RaptorH Description

Ansys RaptorH electromagnetic modeling software can model power grids, full custom blocs, spiral inductors and clock trees. High-speed distributed processing allows for accurate, silicon-proven RLCk and S-parameter models. RaptorH is capable of analysing partial and unfinished layouts in the design phase. It makes it easy to use either RaptorX, the silicon-optimized RaptorX engines for silicon structures, or the general purpose HFSS engine. Ansys RaptorH extracts electromagnetic model at the pre-LVS stage to allow for arbitrary routing and layout. This includes planes (solid and perforated), spiral inductors and MiM/MoM capacitators - with automatic setting boundary conditions. The GUI allows for point-and-click net selection as well as what-if analyses. RaptorH can be used to create analyses using either the HFSS engine or the Raptor engine. It is supported by all major silicon findries.
