    Summary: Overall analytics are working good. Report are descriptive and call tracker provide in-depth information for the calls of the day. User can select the time-range and report can be fetched accordingly. Its best part is their support system, and cooperative for inducting the new features.

    Positive: Implemented Call Tracking system for analyzing the inward calls of customers. It tracks the keywords, analyze the conversion and provide call details in real time manner. It also provide IVR format which user can customize for themselves as per business need. Need more features for overall business growth.

    Negative: Features like integration with dialer of ERP, auto notification, themes of messages etc can be in-built. auto IVR technology need some corrections.
