    Helpful but there is a learning curve

    Summary: Appreciate the customer support that is available!
    It is a big time saver as a small business owner- once you learn what to do!

    Positive: I love there is a waiting list option, easy to create activities and discount options available.
    The automatic payments are a game changer in terms of taking some administrative load off my shoulders.

    Negative: It took me a while to learn the software, and to work through issues my customers had.

    Summary: Our dance studio loves Amilia. The customer experience is excellent and setting up programs multiple studio rooms is a breeze. The customer service is always there and ready to help no matter how simple or complicated your questions may be!

    Positive: - User friendly for customers
    - Best and quick customer service
    - Easy programming, including blocking off holidays and special dates
    - Staff scheduling made easy
    - Mass emails!!!

    Negative: - Not the quickest turnaround between payment acceptance and received
    - A small learning curve (but easy to navigate!)
