An Exercise in Frustration Date: Jan 10 2024
Summary: Let me begin my saying that all of the customer service representatives are extremely nice. This is where my positive interactions end. Since I began Amenitiz in July of 2023, my experience has been nothing but an exercise in pure frustration! They should NOT be advertising in the United States market. Their customer service hours close before we’re off work! This last time, I requested a phone call almost a week ago and finally received one. There’ve been glitches and so much difficulty navigating their system. This was supposed to streamline my bookings, but it’s done nothing but take up hours upon hours of my time trying to figure out a system that even often stumps their representatives. There also is NOT a trial period! I’m being billed almost $150 a month for a YEAR for a system that does nothing but cause difficulty in bookings and bookings when it appeared as though it was blocked! I would NOT recommend this channel manager. On a side note, before registering with Amenitiz, I’ve been in charge of my own spaces for the past 8 years and had VERY few issues. Also, I JUST received an overseas phone bill for over $70 because they don’t have a toll free number!!
