All readings, findings, flags, and corrections are maintained in a secure, append-only history, ensuring that corrections create new entries rather than altering the original data. To facilitate equipment identification during inspections, QR labels and Android NFC tags are employed. Teams have the flexibility to export their records or integrate reporting tools using a read-only REST API.
