Negative: PO business billing is needlessly expensive. It has a large amount of knockoffs flooding the site these days.

Negative: It use to be the best online shopping place, but in recent times the quality of products and support services became very bad.

Summary: You can sell and buy a lot of good stuff no Amazon, but you also have to watch out for scammers and fake reviews. They're so much more common than they used to be. In the last year alone, Amazon has been absolutely flooded with sellers posting fake photos of products and intentionally misleading info to trick buyers. Sellers then have to compete against these people. You can still find and sell a lot of stuff here, but it's getting a lot harder and the site needs some serious regulations to tone back all the scams.

Positive: You can find pretty much anything here. Returns are pretty easy to do with Amazon too, unless you bought something really big. You can easily set up a store on Amazon too to sell your products, and you can have items fulfilled by Amazon even. Prime, if you shop a lot, is worth it just for the free, quick shipping.

Negative: So many scammers! A lot products are straight from AliExpress, but for marked up prices. This is happening on Etsy as well. There's also plenty of fake reviews being posted through "product testing" services were product prices are refunded to reviewers in exchange for 5 star reviews off-site. Amazon really needs to look more into how reviews are put on their site, and who's selling.

Summary: I have had a great experience with Amazon... Product quality is great but price are a little bit high than other apps.. overall it's a great app for shopping.
