We create a fully integrated software system for 3D reconstruction, photomodeling, and camera tracking. We want to create a solid software platform with the most current computer vision algorithms. This software can be used to test, analyze, and then reused. To provide cutting-edge algorithms that are robust and high quality throughout the shooting process and visual effects, industry and academia must be linked. Photogrammetry is the science that measures photographs. It determines the geometry of a scene by looking at a collection of unrelated photographs or videos. Photography is the projection of 3D scenes onto a 2D plane. This results in loss of depth information. Photogrammetry attempts to reverse this process. The dense modeling of the scene is the result yielded by chaining two computer vision-based pipelines: "Structure-from-Motion" (SfM) and "Multi View Stereo" (MVS).
