Alibaba Cloud ECS offers the highest SLA commitment among all top cloud providers worldwide for single instances and multiple instances in multiple availability areas. Alibaba Cloud has a lot of experience in managing large-scale infrastructure while maintaining high availability. We currently support the largest e-commerce platforms in the world, such as Taobao or Tmall. We also work closely with scientists at DAMO Academy to accurately forecast, prevent and mitigate infrastructure problems without affecting our customers. Alibaba Cloud spent heavily on Research & Development for our ECS product, in addition to the high-quality components from various vendors like Intel. We developed the X-Dragon computing platform, which included the self-developed SOC and hardware acceleration card as well as the Dragonfly lightweight virtualvisor.
