In general, I consider that my experience within Alexa has been quite complete and has allowed me to have a quite effective voice assistant, capable of solving the vast majority of doubts that I have presented since I started using it, in addition, Alexa has allowed me to play various music no need to play those music manually, just how to use voice commands inside this device you could play any music. I find Alexa to be an amazing device and will continue to use it for the long term as a voice assistant.

Positive: Alexa is an amazing service to have a way to contact voice support, I started using this platform because I got an Alexa Echo Dot device, so downloading the Alexa app on my mobile device was quite a lot. easy and it allowed me to correctly connect my device with the Alexa device, really the main reason why I liked this platform is because of the ease of connection between devices, I managed to correctly connect my mobile device with the Alexa device in just a couple of seconds , it was only necessary to connect devices to the same Wi-Fi Network, and immediately I was able to link both devices with the press of a button. Another thing that I liked about the Alexa devices is the variety of languages that it is available in, this device supports any language that is spoken around the world, which increases the chances that this device has been used in multiple languages anywhere. In addition, I love the way Alexa allows me to configure my voice, since the platform allows me to add a default voice for voice assistance, so that the device only makes commands when they are with my voice and not with someone else's voice. I also like the way Alexa is able to connect with different devices, I can connect it to some lights that pair well with Alexa devices via Wi-Fi, I can also connect this device with some platforms like Spotify or Apple Music to play music within Alexa using voice commands. Alexa is a fairly complete voice assistant, I love the way it is available on any device, since it can also be installed inside televisions to use it as an assistant.

Negative: The main negative regarding Alexa is how complex the process of linking lights to the Alexa device is, as this linking process does not work correctly every time, I had to try multiple times to link my home lights to the Alexa device until finally, the process took a couple of minutes, it was not possible to connect these lights to the Alexa device on the first try, because the Alexa device did not recognize these lights correctly. Another negative aspect in relation to the use of Alexa is that this platform requires you to create an Amazon account to use it, you cannot use your Alexa device if you do not have an Amazon account linked, this is negative and when you buy a new device from Alexa, you have to create a new Amazon account compulsorily, I wish that was not necessary.
