    Summary: Overall, awful experience. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are scammers and nothing more.

    Positive: Nothing. This company is horribly run and scams customers. They should be shut down and the creators jailed for extortion.

    Negative: They post fraudulent signs that say 2 hour parking and make no mention of paying so customers think they don't need to pay as long and it is less than 2 hours. Then fine the customer. The app only works half the time and will randomly cancel customer's parking so they also have to pay a fine. The customer service is incompetent and barely understand English. Do not hire this company or park in their lots!
