    Really helpful support staff and highly flexible API

    Summary: I enjoyed working with the Aha! team to create custom solutions for our product managers and can vouch for how supportive the support staff is!

    Positive: When I was working at a major Fortune 500 company with cloud offerings as a software engineer, I was assigned to help improve the productivity of one of our product manager teams. One thing they were doing was using Aha! to share our product roadmaps and timelines with potential clients, but since we had so many different types of products under different branding strategies, this meant each client needed multiple Aha! accounts. Fortunately, Aha! had an API which allowed me to automate this account creation process. And the Aha! staff was extremely helpful throughout, assisting me via email to clarify any questions I had.

    Negative: I can't really speak to how Aha! can be improved for its non-developer users, like the ones who actually make or use the roadmaps since that wasn't my role. But the API did have some rate limiting, or displayed a limited amount of info per page, and you had to request the next page with a different API call if I remember correctly. This is probably standard practice though.
