Agiloft BPM is an adaptive software for service desks

    Date: Apr 01 2021

Summary: Agiloft BPM can have endless uses during routine office processes, not only in the help desk area, but also in the configuration of workflows of different complexities, or in improving communications with our users. With so many uses, it is easy to find a situation in which it is necessary to

Positive: When it comes to adaptability for routine processes, Agiloft BPM is probably one of the best-structured software for basic tasks, or for tasks with high levels of complexity. Agiloft BPM automates all of our workflows and makes them much more accessible, even allowing us to switch between them freely.

Negative: The scope we get by opting for Agiloft BPM is amazing: we can freely schedule our support ticket lists, and unlike other ticket management software, with Agiloft BPM you have the ability to highlight tickets, to make it easier to identify them, or to include them in reports.

Agiloft has all the features that any help desk has

    Date: Mar 20 2021

Summary: Agiloft fulfills all its Help Desk functions in the same way that services with more time in the market would do it, and innovates more than many of them by allowing to customize the branding plans that are applied to customers. It is suitable for integration with different emails.

Positive: Agiloft serves to fully monitor the processes of information, communication and branding strategies, automating them entirely so that we can review them in real time and thus know which are the weakest links in our call center chains. Agiloft saves documents internally, which helps to share announcements or informative analysis to other team members.

Negative: In terms of ticket management it is not difficult to program it, but you cannot properly manage tickets that have been provided to the team through some third-party services, as in the case of those that are sent from social networks. These are limited to the policies of those platforms, and will only be visible depending on the configuration you have.
