    Summary: Very good, responsive, personable and helpful company producing a comprehensive system at competitive prices.

    Positive: Easy to use for such an expansive and comprehensive system. Good for streamlining processes and procedures, works particularly with our 145 shops, and would be excellent for hangar maintenance ops, far better than sales systems 'adapted' to maintenance.

    Negative: Need some detailed manuals. Also, although it is easy to use, larger companies will require in depth training for each of the departments - but you would normally pay for this with other systems anyway, and training fees are very reasonable. Overall value for money is excellent.
