Adobe Express Photos Description

Adobe Express Photos is a free photo editing app built specifically for Windows desktops. The app helps users edit photos, capture screenshots, annotate images, and prepare polished visuals without opening a complex design tool. Users can crop images, apply filters, remove backgrounds, erase unwanted objects, enhance image quality, and use AI-powered editing tools. The AI Assistant lets users describe the changes they want, then applies edits directly to the photo with simple prompts. Adobe Express Photos also includes screenshot capture and markup tools for adding arrows, shapes, text, and highlights to visuals. This makes it useful for tutorials, product walkthroughs, bug reports, client feedback, team communication, and everyday image editing. Edited photos can be downloaded directly from the app or sent into Adobe Express for use in templates and larger creative projects. Integration with Adobe Express lets users turn edited photos into social posts, flyers, presentations, banners, and other branded designs without re-uploading files. By combining native Windows performance, photo editing, AI enhancement, screenshot annotation, background removal, and Adobe Express design workflows, Adobe Express Photos gives users a practical desktop tool for quick visual content creation.

Easy edits on the go with expected results.

    Date: Dec 20 2021

Summary: I have the Desktop version with a Creative Cloud subscription, and this is a nice easy way to make edits when I'm not on my desktop. I can edit and send files, even layered PSD files from my phone which is totally awesome and easy to do.

Positive: Super easy to use mobile app with most of the same editing features in the desktop version. It adds social media tools to make posting to your Instagram and Facebook very easy.

Negative: You need a Creative Cloud subscription for a lot of the features and retouching images is a bit of a challenge trying to do it with your fingers instead of a mouse and keyboard like the desktop version.

    Quick little photo editing software

    Date: Aug 14 2021

Summary: This seems like a nice way to get someone introduced to the adobe ecosystem. Simpler and easier than the full program.

Positive: Contains many features of Full photoshop. Available on several platforms. Built-in filters are done nicely.

Negative: Purchasing was unclear. Not sure how this fits in if you already use photoshop.
