Summary: With NetCrunch's capabilities and great aspects to analyze and monitor networks, it has been an amazing software to implement in our company in order to create alerts and know what is going on in this area of our business. It is an essential and important tool that is very robust and complete, collects data and processes it accordingly to the device being monitored, applying different techniques that are previously set and using great reporting features to give essential information about the devices statuses.

Positive: What I like about NetCrunch is the fact that it is a multifaceted platform that has many different options to monitor different networks, devices, and infrastructures in a very nice platform that is visually appealing and has everything that we need to control the security issues and the network issues that sometimes present, monitoring everything with easy customization and easy visualization of everything that is connected.

Negative: I don't have many complaints about NetCrunch, it is a software with so much capacity to do a lot of things when it comes to monitoring and detect issues in a matter of seconds, however it is a bit difficult to use at first when the interface feels a bit too crowded up without any customization.

Summary: The main purpose of my use of NetCrunch is to monitor the server infrastructure at the corporate headquarters and outlying branches; it has a very user-friendly GUI. Overall, an excellent tool.

Positive: The simplicity with which devices are configured and alarms for particular events are too good. The best tool for analysing problems on any LAN/WAN link is NetCrunch. Simply submit a support ticket if something is not clear or not working, the majority of the time, they will call you and use remote control to walk you through the configuration/setup process.

Negative: We frequently run into situations where we must report a bug or issue and wait for it to be fixed in a subsequent release, which invariably breaks something else. We are constantly required to update the software.

Summary: The lack of performance analysis of the Cloud infrastructure in addition to the on-premise in a hybrid deployment was one of our needs that led to the purchase of this product. It has met all expectations and a best solution overall.

Positive: NetCrunch provided me with monitoring packages when I started using it, this helped me a lot to be able to choose the way in which we monitored most of our computers, these monitoring packages are fully customizable and adapt to the user's need and the provider's configuration network, which makes it easy to choose specific monitoring. This platform also allowed the use of a sophisticated and complete alert system, which sends SMS immediately, sends notifications to the administrator's computer and also by email, these alerts can be fully configured by the user and allows receiving notifications when any network consumption limit, some blocked pages have been accessed or recent changes have been made in the NetCrunch configuration. I also liked how fantastic the support team of this platform is, the support team was present for 2 weeks constantly helping us to correctly implement this software in our company, the attention was very paramount and it was key for us to have a complete implementation and simple.

Negative: To be honest, this platform never gave us any kind of failure during its operation, the only small problem that I would mention about NetCrunch is how complicated the implementation process is, however, the support team will always be attentive for the technical configurations that new users should have, so this will simplify the primary deployment process a bit.

Summary: This software has been the perfect solution so that we can establish weekly monitoring of the structure of our networks, thanks to this platform we have been able to verify the health and connection status of our routers, in our company we have more than 20 routers in operation to correctly distribute the internet to each of our offices, that is why this platform has become a perfect solution for us, we do not have to verify each router individually, this platform offers us an extremely complete panel that allows us to know in-depth details of each network. Currently, NetCrunch has met all my expectations, we have been able to decrease the PL of each network, we have been able to improve the General Wifi connection, in addition, we have been able to save time in checking each router.

Positive: I loved this platform because it allowed me to quickly detect and fix lost packets on my connections, the PL on each IP connection was easy to detect, which helped to progressively improve overall connections. The integration of several routers in the same ecosystem was also quite positive, this helped us to have an exact visualization of the behavior of the routers that we use for our daily work, just by accessing the main NetCrunch panel, we have been able to visualize the status of health of each router and the status of each multiple device connection. The remote connection offered by NetCrunch was very good, being directly connected to each router, we have been able to access each computer without using any third-party program.

Negative: The compatibility difference is quite remarkable, we have several computers with Linux OS and we could not integrate NetCrunch with that operating system, since the integration was more complex and it took us a lot of time to carry out that process, currently we only use NetCrunch with our computers with MacOS . In addition, NetCrunch's prices are also another of the negative points, they are not affordable prices for the user, therefore, if you are looking to implement this platform in a small company, you will have problems to have a good ROI due to the high cost of this platform.

Summary: I would say that NetCrunch is the biggest and most capable software for handling the monitoring of different types of devices and hardware, as well as serves and IoT connections, it has been used in our company for a while and the level of success has been significantly positive, we have been able to fix many issues thanks to the data that it provides of the real time monitoring, and it makes things easier for this type of work.

Positive: NetCrunch is the best software that there is for monitoring the entire IT ecosystem in a company, it is a wonderful platform that enables the monitoring of different devices on different packages that can be automated and set to detect any issues in a matter of seconds. Thanks to the system that powers NetCrunch, it is easy to diagnose a variety of issues while doing constant monitoring in all the devices, it comes with a good variety of options to monitor, such as hardware, bandwidth connection, configuration of devices, all of which are being used in our company and are being monitored to ensure a good and stable service.

Negative: I don't like that the support service is not active at all times, it has been an issue as we have wanted to reach out but the service does not work properly as a support service should, it is not responsive and it should really be improved because it should be available during important hours in order to be able to talk to the team if something serious happens during the monitoring.

Summary: AdRem brought me the following benefits in my company:

Positive: This platform is impressive as its main objective is to provide pervasive monitoring and a mix of monitoring between Hardware, Software, Networks and Clouds. I liked the following features:

- It has a complete hardware monitoring, which allows to know the battery of a device, allows to monitor a printer, monitor the IP Camera and know advanced details about the general health of that computer.
- It has a good integration with all kinds of clouds, we currently use it in integration with the OneDrive service and it is really capable of monitoring and recording all data flow and file transfers.
- It is capable of recording everything that is written on a computer, as well as monitoring and recording all the activity that each employee has on the Internet.

Negative: There are no negative features about NetCrunch, it is a very widespread monitoring service which not only allows you to enhance the monitoring of the networks you use, but you will also have access to cloud monitoring, hardware monitoring and network monitoring, and also network monitoring users, something quite complete so that you can have complete control of everything that happens around you on each device.

I loved being able to modify the main user panel. I also liked the excellent system of restrictions and security that NetCrunch has, it allowed me to block specific IP addresses, it allowed me to limit the number of recurring connections to each network and many other things.

Negative: NetCrunch cannot be handled by someone who does not have knowledge of IT and computer engineering, it is a very complex software to use and customize, the main panel is a bit complicated to use and anyone who does not have previous experience in the IT sector, you will not be able to use this platform correctly. The negative point that stands out is that this platform is not easy to use at all.

Summary: It does what it has to do and it has helped us save work time. I will facilitate this management, since it has been the platform that helps us to be able to investigate within the network and each of our devices and verify that everything is working correctly. Likewise, it is a weapon that allows us to be from one place in several parts at the same time. Summary: My experience with AdRem NetCrunch has been favourable, we have been successful in the deployment, the security it provides us on all our servers is excellent, it analyzes each connected device and detects problems that may cause future problems to fix them, scanning and viewing through of a screen speeds up troubleshooting.

Positive: It helps us to visualize what is happening in our devices, it constantly monitors to detect failures in all our devices, it works in a simple way, it is intuitive, it has a good historical report and the license is paid only once.

Negative: I don't like that the technical support team is not so responsible when it comes to answering our questions or requirements, since they take a long time and they need to improve their customer service so that the results are more prosperous.
