Summary: NetCrunch has provided a platform to be able to monitor all our devices and find mistakes and errors in performance, it has allowed us to identify these issues and proceed accordingly; it is a helpful tool for every company to have, it monitors networks, devices, servers, and it provides great reports on the performances of these tools to ensure that everything is working correctly.

Positive: What I most like about NetCrunch is the creation of different diagrams to visualize data. NetCrunch is a software that is different from the others, it provides many different tools that are easy to manage without any previous knowledge about them. It is capable of monitoring different devices and providing good and helpful insight on what is going on, especially aspects that one should be constantly monitoring which is the current statuses. Things like performance, PING time, are important aspects that need to be constantly monitored in order to ensure all the devices are working properly, and with NetCrunch's configurations, it is possible to customize each dashboard and diagrams to show the right information.

Negative: What I didn't like about NetCrunch is that it lacks the helpful integrations that one would like to use in order to automate the monitoring even more, it does not allow many integrations, especially from the softwares that we already implement in our company.

Summary: We just switched from WhatsUpGold's legacy version, which we had been using for a few years, to NetCrunch. We have been pleased with this purchase thus far.

Positive: Compared to alternatives, the product is far less expensive and fulfills its claims. AdRem software done a great job of creating a highly complicated but user-friendly product. NetCrunch is immediately functional, and auto discovery is fantastic. IT experts should try it out, in my opinion.

Negative: Since it's the most incredible system anybody could utilize, I can honestly say that I didn't dislike anything.

Summary: We use AdRem NetCrunch to monitor our network and devices every day. The notification is good to know when a node is down or something goes wrong.

Positive: Very nice dashboard showing all monitoring devices. AdRem NetCrunch can monitor a large type of of network devices

Negative: Some features are missing, for examples:
- Database purge
- Not all MIBs are present, sometime we need to upload a specific MIB for known brand.
- possibility to add new Logo and pictogram

Summary: The software is very helpful in network administration.

Negative: I don't like the recent UI changes. It's probably a matter of habit.

Summary: Great all around experience.. Support has always been very responsive and helpful. Has a dashboard view as well which I keep up on a different monitor for any kind of impending/active alerts.

Positive: Easily monitor all types of devices.

Negative: Can be a bit cumbersome to setup, but it's a set it and forget it solution.

Summary: The install is straight forward. The configuration is many, meaning it can be tedious, however it isn't hard. If you take the time, you get a great picture of your network, along with event notifications. I personally like how I can create my own 'map' of my infrastructure based on our internal layout. Highly recommend the product!

Positive: Reliable app; specific network mappings to individual liking; great reporting on events, and great price for what i need.

Negative: A bit tedious in configuring monitoring; need to pay attention when setting up / creating 'maps'

Summary: One of the best overall monitoring tools. Builds network diagrams from switch configuration (if configured) and shows dependencies to which port nodes are connected. Monitors multiple platforms and brands with built-in templates.

Positive: - Fast to deploy, install and set network ranges
- Automatic node add within network range
- Easy scripting/actions for eg. service restart if fail, autoextend disks when full

Negative: - Takes a while to get familiar.
- Bit hard to create custom dashboards to get same view as other familiar monitoring tools.

Summary: We are monitoring several physical and virtual devices with NetCrunch, including VMware hosts, Windows and Linux guests, wired and wireless network components, NetApp storages and so on.

Positive: We are using NetCrunch for monitoring some specific Windows services and even restarting them when they fail, which is a very useful feature for us.

Negative: Currently, we don't have any issues and I can't find any cons.

Summary: It helps us to monitor all IT networks, and this makes it quite easy and simple to quickly setup and start using monitoring and alerting. There are many advantage of using this tool for monitoring.

Positive: Whether it's Windows, Linux or network environment or something else, it can monitor complete IT network. There are many monitoring multipack included with it that can be manually added to the nodes that are monitoring or are discovered automatically.

Negative: Pricing can be reduced as per my opinions, and we had small problems on monitoring enquiries.

Summary: We have been using AdRem NetCrunch for a long time. The monitoring system is among the top of those we review for both usability and overall functionality. Great tool to use in your organization for monitoring tools.

Positive: Excellent tool, after we started using NetCrunch, our users are really happy with the support and services they are getting and the improved and prompt help they are receiving.

Negative: Regretfully we had problems with updating the last several updates which led us to lose our configuration/atlas for the majority of devices.

Summary: NetCrunch constantly helped us to edit the network of our entire company, it allowed us to organize and manage the more than 10 networks that we use for work purposes, it also helped us detect failures in wired connections and wireless connections, to ensure that there were no infiltrators, data leaks or inappropriate people on our networks. I really liked my experience with NetCrunch, I was able to set it up in no time with all distributed networks around our company, it was really beneficial.

Positive: I liked the way in which I was able to have a direct connection with all the devices with the help of NetCrunch, this platform allowed me to access a main panel where I could see all the devices connected to each network, I could see total devices and advanced details about every network and device. I quite liked the way in which NetCrunch allows me to get a mapping of the entire network system in my company, thanks to this mapping system, I can see the distribution of various internet networks distributed around my entire company, this This function is one of the most important when it comes to organizing work networks. I liked NetCrunch's failure detection, this function was also important, it allowed us to detect failures in the router or in the connection between devices, as well as it was useful to detect Hardware failures that are preventing a stable internet connection.

Negative: The latency when transferring files between devices through network connections is not as pleasant or fast. NetCrunch allows you to transfer files between wireless and routed networks, however, this transfer is not as fast and it is preferable to use removable drives or cloud services to transfer files between devices, it is faster.
