ActiveTRACK, our patient tracking system, provides real-time information about patients and allows for monitoring of registrations, throughput and wait times. ActiveTRACK allows management to better manage staff and resources, measure and achieve specific goals related to increased efficiency and shorter registration and patient wait time, improved patient experiences, and higher patient satisfaction scores. ActiveTRACK allows patients to check-in at a kiosk or greeter station upon arrival. Pre-registered patients can have any documents generated for review and completion immediately. Items such as photo IDs or insurance cards can also be scanned. ActiveTRACK can also create wayfinding maps for patients to help them navigate the healthcare facility. ActiveTRACK has the ability to use advanced patient waitlist strategies in order to support immediate processing.
