    Easy and automated marketing that saves time

    Summary: I think that ActiveCampaign is one of the easiest solutions out there when it comes to marketing management in all aspects, because it does not require the person implementing it to be an expert in order to run the marketing side of a business successfully. I have been implementing it to help me automate different aspects of my marketing process and automate many triggers so that it is easier for me to manage all the marketing that needs to be done everyday, and this software has helped me achieve all these goals successfully and efficiently by helping me with creating different campaigns that adjust to everyone’s liking and preferences, providing a place where I can manage all my newsletter content better. It also serves as the place for me to manage all my customer list and figure out ways to keep them engaged with our content and our products, boosting social media engagement and sales as a result.

    Positive: ActiveCampaign’s automation is very beneficial and offers different types of automation for different aspects of the marketing process. I like the fact that it automates many triggers and it speeds up the process of campaigns, it fully automates these email campaigns and it offers better ways to communicate with leads in an efficient manner. Not only does it automate email campaigns, but it can automate the entire customer experience by creating welcome emails when subscribed to the newsletter, trigger different reminders to communicate with clients, track engagement on different social media and websites to know how the public is reacting to posts, and more.
    It allows me to segment a variety of areas and customer aspects to understand the public better: it comes with a wide range of segments and filters that can allow me to break down my clients into different parts so that it is easier to carefully study our customers in a more individual way. This is very helpful when it is time to create our campaigns, we need to make sure that every campaign feels like it is speaking directly to the customer and the customer can personally relate to our campaigns in an individual sense, that way our sales can increase and we can also increase our relationship with customers. This feature helps me study everything in a deeper way and come out with better solutions and better email campaigns that I can create to boost sales and engage with everyone better, providing more carefully curated content to everyone and have more effective results with every marketing project.
    The user interface is very easy to use and does not have many complications at the time of setting things up, it allows the software to be integrated with many other automation and marketing applications such as Zapier, which helps boost the workflow and saves a lot of time customizing everything and its integration with many social media applications helps track engagement on said applications and manage communication straight from this solution, addressing all the customers effectively and quickly.
    Lastly, it is easy to organize all the potential leads and all the customers list into very intuitive and comprehensible lists that can be filtered in many ways to be able to access them easier, it allows me to track different metrics and have more insight into a variety of KPIs that this software includes, it provides many analytics that are put into different graphs for easier understanding and helps me track many goals and engagement on my business.

    Negative: I think that ActiveCampaign is a great software, however, it can slow down my workflow at times because the application will take longer to load its dashboard and many other features, this is something that has happened many times and it is a bit annoying because as an automation service, I expect it to be running in a moderate and quick speed without any interruptions. Additionally, I have experienced some bugs when creating email campaigns, especially in the formatting area, sometimes after saving an email campaign and reopening the format will not look the same and it will be all over the place, and when adjusting it to mobile it will not always show correctly on these devices, which is a heavy downside to this software.

    Summary: ActiveCampaign is a platform I am going to mention when it comes to the creation and management of advertising campaigns, what you will find within this platform will be much better than in any other advertising campaign design platform, mainly because this platform has automation is much more complete, it has a drag and drop system to create Automations in a matter of seconds, as well as the drag and drop system to create advertising campaigns, both systems help you to generate an advertising environment for your clients without having to force yourself so much, this platform much easier to use than any other. The experience I had with this platform was really positive, despite the fact that there are some negative things like the ones I mentioned previously, however those negative things do not change my opinion, I still consider this platform to be very useful, its general interface and the tools It offers to help optimize the marketing system in any company.

    Positive: ActiveCampaign is a very useful platform if you are looking to create and manage advertising campaigns in your company. This platform is much more advanced than any other that exists in the market. It offers very advanced tools that will help you perfect Marketing Automation. The most positive highlights were:

    - Automation is that they are created within this platform, they are much more accessible and faster to create and manage, it has a drag and drop system which will help you duplicate the Automations and create them in a simple way, configure a process to be executed if any specific action occurs, all of that can be done with just a few clicks within the platform.

    - It has a much higher list of predesigned templates than any other platform, this platform provides you with predesigned templates with a very attractive design, which will help you organize all the campaign information.

    - The support team of this platform is quite constant to attend to each of the user's requirements, the Chat and email support works wonderfully, they will attend to your request as soon as possible.

    - This platform has an integrated CRM system, which will allow you to manage and carry out online negotiations and monitoring of the potential client that you obtain through your advertising campaign, it is very important that this function is implemented in this platform since it gives you a much higher benefit.

    Negative: During my experience with this platform, I have noticed several negative things that need to be mentioned. This platform has behaved excellently, providing significantly good tools for the development of a successful advertising campaign. The negative things that stood out were:

    - This platform has a blog management system within a company, however this function is not as efficient as it seems, it does not provide results of the traffic obtained in real time, in addition, it takes a long time to show the updates of the answers or comments of each blog post. So I don't recommend using this function within this platform, it won't really work for you properly.

    - Although this platform has an integrated CRM system, this function is paid, so if you need to use it within the platform and link it with your marketing system, you will have to pay for it. The negative aspect about this integration is that it can be a bit expensive for some companies, actually the prices that the CRM system of this platform manages are quite high compared to other CRM platforms.

    - Another of the negative things about this platform is that it is not possible to create advertising campaigns within your mobile phone, there is currently an application to download for your mobile device, however this application will only allow you to monitor your campaigns and the traffic that each one is generating. one of them regarding the clients obtained, will not allow you to create campaigns or send them.

    Quite simple process of vacationing to platforms in general, to create advertising campaigns.

    Summary: I define our general experience as perfect, at all times I have had a fairly complete experience and opted to create quite simple advertising campaigns, with the help of this platform I have been able to have a wide variety of dishes that I have been able to use when creating campaigns , obtaining a quite attractive design.     Positive: ActiveCampaign has achieved groundbreaking results all this time, it has been the leading platform for creating campaigns and sharing them with clients. What I like the most about this platform is that it offers me variety when it comes to creating campaigns, I can create campaigns with simple programming language and codes, but I can also create campaigns with the drag and drop system, this helps me a lot since within In the marketing and sales area there are some employees who do not have programming knowledge. Another thing I like about this platform is that it allows me to send the campaign to several recipients simultaneously, I can send the campaign to recipients by email but I can also send them to my social networks at the same time, a really important function for us, since it helps those who do not know how to use it to remain active and our clients can obtain variety when accessing the campaigns. Finally, I loved the free trial that this platform offered me, it was able to have a large number of templates when creating a campaign, I also had limited access to all the functions of the platform without paying anything, after a while, we opted for subscribe to one of the payment plans.

    Negative: I have no complaints about the advertising campaign platform, at all times I have had a fairly complete experience and it has allowed me to expand our marketing system within the company. At no time have I presented failures when it comes to keeping our advertising campaign active, I have always been able to carry out campaigns in just a few minutes and I have been able to send the simultaneous week without any type of error.     Fragile Form Design Resulted in Signficant Lost Revenue

    Summary: Our experience was initially good (for 2 years), but when a solution results in losing sales revenue, it's time to look at switching. The lost revenue would have covered the costs of a competitor like Hub Spot. We bought ActiveCampaign to increase sales, not lose sales. We had hoped that Customer Service would help (provide some credits, but they refused to do so because they insisted that the platform was functioning as designed). This is why I call it a fragile design - be careful with ActiveCampaign.

    Positive: It does combine CRM with email automations and workflows. This worked well for 2+ years and was the main reason we switched from Insightly and Mailchimp so we could do everything in one solution.

    Negative: Due to a weak product design, the online web forms are extremely fragile and resulted in significant lost sales revenue. Essentially, we have been using ActiveCampaign's web form to collect high quality leads from our website and segmented by the type of inquiry. We had 3 basic options for web visitors to select and we simply wanted to modify the wording for one of the options. However, this resulted in breaking the automation so we were never notified when customers were asking for trials (super important). There was no warning that we were breaking the automation, nor is there any documentation from AC that what we did would break the automation. We didn't realize what had happened for over six months, but by this point the damage had been done. Customer Support did nothing to help us.
