AccountMate facilitates and ensures proper financial management Date: Jun 29 2021
Summary: As a company we use AccountMate because it has facilitated and optimized many internal processes in accounting and finance. It allows us from the generation of an invoice to the payment and reconciliation of the same. The application is very easy to use and we highly recommend it. However, it has some bugs that are important to mention.
Positive: AccountMate has provided us with the necessary tools for the correct management of our company's financial processes. From the application we can make any type of payments, whether internal or external, we can keep track of internal transactions and break them down by payment methods to facilitate bank reconciliations.
Negative: We consider that the application should be improved in terms of performance errors, sometimes the application becomes too slow to work and the only quick solution is to restart it. On the other hand, when generating an internal invoice the application alters its format and spreads the words and numbers all over the screen and then generates an error.

Summary: We use AccountMate to perform functions such as invoice payment and generation of invoices, in addition to having a bank reconciliation in order before any audit because basically the application does the job by itself. Although additional add-ons are needed for its full functionality, it adapts very well to our needs.
Positive: It provides management tools for payment processes, bank reconciliation and personalized check creation where we can attach our logo and provides us with a methodology to manage its printing. Thanks to the latter, it has allowed us to have a state-of-the-art financial management taking advantage of the benefits offered by technology.
Negative: The installation of the program is annoying due to its slowness, since the application has a considerable weight compared to others. In addition, some programs and data to create financial quality presentations are out of its functions, forcing us to migrate to other platforms which is not what is expected.
