Account Pro Invoice, a multi-client invoicing software that is network-capable, can be used in conjunction with Account Pro (version 8). Account Pro Invoice can be used as a standalone application. Small to medium-sized businesses are most likely to benefit from the software. The data import function allows you to import existing item and address data from other programs if they have an export function. All required document templates can be created by you. The program's sample client contains sample templates that can be adapted to your specific needs. However, you are not restricted to these templates and can create templates to suit almost any document.
You can print, export as.rtf and.txt files, or email the documents you have created. You can manage your inventory, and you can automatically generate order documents (including purchase requests) using the inventory accounting function.
