AVPlayer Description

The AVPlayer can play almost all computer video formats, including AVI, Xvid and WMV. No need to convert. You can simply copy files via USB, and drag and drop them into AVPlayer's Media Explorer. External subtitle files can be supported by the AVPlayer, such as SMI or SRT. The AVPlayer is a must-have if you love watching videos on your iPad. High-quality video clips with 720P (1280x720) or greater are recommended for MP4 format. QuickTime supports MP4, MOV and M4V formats. However, a H/W encoder can play MP4 and MOV files up to 1080P. No post-processing function or functions are available. Support H/W decoding of MKV, AVI (720P supported by iPad1, 1080P on iPad2). The hybrid decoding mode has been added. It can now play high-resolution videos using the hardware accelerator feature embedded on iPhone/iPad, even for mkv and avi in H264. Battery life has been extended.
