    Summary: Really disappointed. I am a long AVG fan, but this has made me negative, because I do not know whether it is protecting me or not. According to my paid account (Twice, yes that was also one of the possible solutions proposed) I am protected, but not according to computer.

    Positive: Possible protection. According to my account, I am protected. According to my computer I am not. Customer services just keep on selling me new products which should resolve the former. no success.

    Negative: Do not know whether I am protected or not. AVG warns me that I am not protected.
