    Summary: 100% thankful and grateful. Being a small business owner it is hard to learn how to keep up with technology. I honestly PRAYED for an answer to my problem, and I finally learned about this company. When I reached out to the to ask them if they could help with the scheduling being liked to the software I used...they said they could help us build what we needed! Thank GOD!

    Positive: Their customer service. They were VERY helpful in helping me solve an issue when it came to scheduling clients who visit my website. This has been an issue for years, and Apiant helped me find the work around! I have lost so much in revenue throughout the years b/c of this problem,

    Summary: I was impressed at how easy it is to set up and read. As someone that doesn't have a tech/dev background (only support), it was refreshing to be able to read and understand what is setup.

    Positive: Easy to use.
    Easy to implement.
    Customizable.
    Fabulous support

    Negative: None so far. The initial setup would have been a lot harder if the APIANT team hadn't been so supportive though.
