AOS Description

AOS is an all-in-one construction software designed to consolidate project management, payment applications, accounting, field documentation, compliance, and closeout processes into a single job record, eliminating the need for multiple tools. Primarily tailored for mid-sized general contractors and commercial subcontractors, it features role-specific workflows catering to owners, developers, architects, engineers, residential builders, and permit expediters. Teams can efficiently oversee drawings, RFIs, submittals, schedules, change orders, daily logs, vendor prequalification, materials, accounts payable, and lien-waiver tracking directly from the project record. The software generates pay applications based on the schedule of values, accommodating retainage and stored materials. Instead of charging a percentage based on construction volume, AOS offers a straightforward flat monthly fee; during the beta phase, the GC Launch Pack allows for up to 50 active projects, with additional functionalities available as add-ons or upon request.
