AIMSCO Description
AIMSCO eChecksheets™ are a digital cloud-based variant of this standard method that collects a variety production, quality, and process data at the point-of-use. This provides instant visibility. eCS can quickly be built and deployed at a single location or across multiple plants. It also supports multiple languages. eCS come with a large library of industrial eCheckitems (eCI) and can be managed by key users to implement continuous improvement initiatives and data collection. eCI can be manually populated using equipment interfaces (IoT), or enterprise systems via standard web service interfaces. AIMSCO Power Plant™, a service of Microsoft Azure Cloud, integrates eCS data seamlessly into Microsoft Power BI®. Custom data models allow for advanced analytics and process visualization.
