    The voicebot was very sophisticated and sounded very humanlike to the extent that it's hard to tell the difference between an AI agent and human one.

    Positive: The better AI for voice and it is always improving, in learning new words as well as what the customers speaking to the AI. The overall performance is good, and after a while, our operation team has good understanding of the AI products and know how to use it wisely to get better results.

    Negative: It's not the cheapest on the market, and more companies say they have certain AI techs, but after trying and comparing the support as well as continuous improvement, this one is overall a better choice.
