Positive: It provides multi scenarios and language applications. The solutions can be customized based on our requirements. The SaaS model is lightweight delivery and the implementation process is very efficient!
Negative: It would be better if the website could provide the local language i.e Bahasa.

Negative: It's not the cheapest on the market, and more companies say they have certain AI techs, but after trying and comparing the support as well as continuous improvement, this one is overall a better choice.
