    Positive: The ease of use and access to historical payroll data. Reports are comprehensive and present information creatively.

    Negative: The price point could be lowered in my opinion. Also, the customer service is lacking, depending on who you talk to.

    The UI can be further simplified.

    Summary: Our company uses ADP for payroll and tax management. It has really simplified the entire process for all the employees but could still put in some help terms here and there.

    Positive: - Complete payroll management and tax management solutions. The ADP portal greatly simplifies the complicated task of calculating and claiming tax returns.

    Negative: - The UI can be improved by adding more help items for people who do not understand the various terms used in the tax world. It is very frustrating as a beginner and forces you to ask someone for help.
    - A reminder feature can be added for users to be reminded every month about claiming their investments.
