Negative: The initial wait time was slightly longer than expected

Some technical jargon might be hard to understand for non-technical users

Summary: Price vs quality is good.
It's the cheapest software on the market for the moment and makes everything like AutoCAD or another CAD software.

Positive: Very intuitive software like AutoCAD, BricsCAD, GstarCAD.
All command are the same like in AutoCAD.

Negative: Don't accept plug in for rebar detailing software.

Negative: The hatch functionality was malfunctioning, when attempting to apply hatch patterns to wall area or objects.

Summary: Great experience, been using on a daily basis for all our cad activities.
Since most user is 2D it works well for all schematic drawing.

Positive: Good software no major learning curve for new inductees.
Backed by solid IntelliCAD platform.
Looking forward for an AutocCAD Electrical alternative based on this platform.

Negative: No major cons, programming using python should be provided, helps in automating.

Summary: Solid, bug-free and very reasonably priced.

Positive: Full featured AutoCAD equivalent at a reasonable price. I needed support to move it to a newer computer and the support was excellent.

Negative: Nothing comes to mind.

Summary: ActCAD is a lighter software, it helps in getting basic things done faster.

Positive: I liked the simplicity of interface and the size of the software itself, which helps us to run it in lower configuration PC too. It is 70% more or less like AutoCAD.

Negative: There are bugs which they are still working on. it hangs up.

Summary: I think it is a great product, not much to complain about. So far the after sale support in Greece is excellent.

Positive: Not intense use, but periodical. The interface is almost identical to Autocad, fully compatible with Autocad files and great value for money. I like the license transfer feature (e.g. between home and office)

Negative: Sometimes (I don't remember details) doesn't respond the way I expect (not often and maybe it is my hardware's problem).

Summary: When I reflect on my overall use of the software I think it is great once you get into the swing of things.

Positive: The best thing I like about using this excellent software since I started using it was how easy it is to use whether or not you have used a similar product before.

Negative: Can do with a few more short cut processes. For example being able to click on or select line item prior to selecting the modify choose.

Summary: All-in-all, I am very happy with ActCAD. I'd like to see you develop a civil engineering package with cogo, terrain modeling, street and utility profiles, etc. I used AutoDesk Civil 3D for many years before I had a computer crash and the program would no longer run. Today I can't afford to replace it. ActCAD has allowed me to do most of the civil drawing I need, but it would be nice to have those automated functions again for profiles, etc.

Positive: Works with AutoCAD.

Look and feel of AutoCAD, fast learning curve.

Negative: It has some troubles working with large image files, particularly trying to add the images to the clipboard (program crashes).
Layerstates should be incorporated into the ribbon menu rather than being an external command. I use it often when working with land development plans. Having to type the command and then close the pop-up window before moving on the the next command is annoying.

Summary: Excellent answer against AutoCAD's rising prices every year for their annual subscriptions! Go for it!

Positive: ActCAD perpetual subscription at a very good price is the best bet against AutoCAD's rising prices for yearly subscriptions.

Negative: Some minor teething problem which was negligible and got solved.

Summary: Very economical, user friendly, easy to use for ex AutoCad users. I can temporarily "move" the licence on another PC and go back to first PC if I need. For me is the best buy CAD software. Permanent licence.

Positive: Everything. I used AutoCad in my job, but the price is huge for normal monthly use and for commercial too. ActCAD is very economic CAD software with AutoCad commands. You can temporary "move" licence to other PC and go back to first PC.

Negative: Nothing particularly. The product is more than perfect for my use, but probably something could be found for improvement.

Summary: It's like using AutoCAD with a little modification on the layout. I've been using cad softwares for almost 3 decades and this is the best value cad software I know of.

Positive: It's like using the ActCAD since there is minimal if not no learning curve since it is almost the same with AutoCAD. Same toolbar functions, same commands and almost the same layout. The only adjustment i've made so far is a little tweak with my autolisp and that's it.

Negative: The price, definitely the price. It's very affordable price with the same function and features of AutoCAD.

Summary: The option in contrast to costly Cad programming with the similarity that you ever dream.Compatibility with dwg design. Comparable orders, no compelling reason to adapt once more. Superb help super quick and exact. An incentive for cash design and orders are like AUTOCAD hence expectation to absorb information is short. It has all the earmarks of being quicker than comparative items.

Positive: Early to use.

Help feature is great, quick to respond.
Better than most software.

Negative: At this time I have not found anything bad about the product.
