Percepta allows you to calculate a variety physicochemical properties (PhysChem), ADME properties and toxicity endpoints. You can easily evaluate results from physicochemical, ADME and toxicity calculators - each module provides prediction--specific information, tools such as structure highlighting, calculation protocols, and other tools. Powerful filtering, sorting and graphing tools make it easy to evaluate predicted results. To assess confidence in the predicted result, and its relevance to your current project, you can use reliability index, probability, and/or similar structures from training sets. Calculated molecular properties data can be used to study structural modification/lead optimizing to achieve the target product profile (absorption distribution metabolism excretion).
