While their tools require client-side integration and are not simple plug-and-play solutions, Annie and Bryan have been excellent in providing technical guidance and support.

Positive: Customization capabilities allow us to tailor the experience to our brand and business logic. Multiple tools—such as AR view on mobile and 3D visualization—create optimized experiences for both desktop and mobile customers.

Negative: Different applications for AR View, 360 View, and the Modular Configurator increase integration and maintenance efforts. A single web app with feature flags to enable or disable specific features would reduce integration complexity for clients and allow them to leverage the full suite more quickly.

Summary: We chose 3D Cloud as our partner for their data-first architecture, cutting-edge visualization quality, and ability to scale to meet our needs across a growing portfolio of brands and sites. Over the last 4 years the 3D Cloud team has become an integral part of our enterprise visualization strategy.

Negative: We initially had challenges leveraging our data effectively, but have worked together with both the 3D Cloud team and our own internal teams to architect new solutions that better support 3D.

Summary: I have had a very positive outcome with the system, I like to build my own rooms for my space and show them off to customers before I start on their space. I think it’s a great selling tool for those clients that just can’t visualize or want to be sure it’s all going to work.

Positive: When listening to many clients try to explain their space or vision for their space with difficulty. I say “let me create your room”. It allows me to come up with creative solutions, overcome challenges and add a few things they had not thought of. The realistic renderings allow the client to see their space, confirm fit and feel great about making the right choice of course leading to the sale and a happy customer. They feel like I have really gone above and beyond to help them avoiding expensive mistakes that cost money and time with product, dimension and layout. I can really create a feel and a story for their room. I have loved it since day one. It takes very little time for me to create the room and my customers leave the store with confidence and a smile on their face that they made the perfect choice.

Negative: Not enough product in the system. Can be glitchy at times. Needs customizable furniture for the times you just need to use it for size only. Not every item we sell is in the system.

Customers can view furniture in 3D, customize it, and even see it in their homes, which makes buying online so much easier. The tool looks great, runs smoothly, and the team at 3D Cloud was so supportive through the whole process.

Positive: The 3DC team is equal parts professional, friendly, and kind- we genuinely enjoy our meetings with everyone at 3DC. They displayed strong technical expertise in the integration, with clear communication and project management. They have been flexible and incredibly easy to work with.

Negative: I think there was confusion that certain features would be available from the initial integration (admin mode), and the 3DC team is now doing custom work for this which has added to our project delivery timeline.

Summary: The service(s) 3D Cloud provides are exceptional. The best part about this company is the people. The team at 3D Cloud are awesome. Attentive, kind, and diligent workers do their absolute best to help us work through projects. There hasn't been a time where I haven't felt supported by the team.

Positive: Straightforward interface. A great, easy-to-learn tool to use for generating 3D models. The renders generated are of incredible quality and live up to our expectations. The staff is great.

Negative: Still a few technical settings need to be added in certain tools but nothing the team isn't already working on.

Summary: OVERALL: As the review title says, the 3D Cloud program has been an absolute essential and must as a growing furniture company. Because of the extent and diversity of our customization options, the 3D Cloud program really helps our customers envision their unique pieces and bring them to life. It has helped close out really big design orders for both residential and commercial clients, which is essential to a business like ours.

Positive: EFFECTIVENESS: This program is used by showrooms and also virtual users to do projects as simple as showing a modular set up to full-home designs. It really sets us apart from our competition to have a visual tool that can transport clients to what their dream space can look like. When we show clients we can use this program to visualize their spaces, the overall sales experience goes much more smoothly as well as increases revenue per sale.

USER FRIENDLINESS & RESOURCES: The program itself is super intuitive and even people with no design software background can learn the program fairly quickly - they have great resources like their extensive Knowledge Base and they also offer continuous training for existing and new users.

EXCELLENT TEAM: The 3D Cloud team themselves are also excellent to communicate, work, and learn with. I've worked with people in several departments and they have great turnaround time for communication, effective solutions for any problems we may encounter and are always willing to help.

Negative: I wish there were more individualized customizations that we could do in the program, such as scaling existing staging items and having a larger library of staging items to use.

The ability to track project values in real-time, along with the Bill of Materials, simplifies aligning the project with client needs and aids in negotiations. The data generated by the planner is comprehensive, which is valuable for decision-making and productivity tracking.

However, there are some limitations, especially regarding customization options for materials and textures, and some difficulty in moving objects in tighter spaces. While rendering times can sometimes be slow (2-3 minutes), they are still fast in comparison to other solutions. A potential downside is that costs can be high if your revenue or sales aren’t in dollars.

Positive: Ease of use: I found the software very easy to use, especially when it comes to creating projects and navigating the features. The 3D visualization and renderings make the experience very intuitive, even for beginner designers.

Render quality: The quality of the generated images is impressive. The attention to detail in lighting, textures, and colors gives me a highly realistic view of the projects I create.

Training: The training was clear, well-structured, and helped me a lot in understanding the software and using it in the best way possible.

Bill of Materials and Estimated Values: The ability to track project values in real-time makes it much easier to align the project with the client's needs. Additionally, the Bill of Materials simplifies negotiation and detailing for the clients.

Data: The data generated by the planner is also very comprehensive, important for decision-making and productivity tracking.

Negative: Customization limitations: Although the software is very good, some customization options, particularly regarding materials and textures, are still limited. I also have difficulty moving objects in tighter areas, like corners or spaces between cabinets.

Rendering time: The rendering time can sometimes be a bit slow (2-3 minutes), but even so, it is fast compared to some other solutions.

The costs can be quite high if you don't have your revenue/sales in dollars.

Summary: My design team and I truly enjoyed working with Natalia and Vanessa on the integration and training of the new design tool. The training was clear, informative, and both Natalia and Vanessa were always available to answer questions and provide support. The tool itself produces beautiful renderings that our customers love, creating a more elevated and engaging design experience. Overall, this has been a fantastic addition to our process, and we’re grateful for their guidance throughout the rollout.

Positive: Super user friendly but has levels of mastery that are attainable. Always something new!! Makes ideation a breeze and increases my AOV every time!

Negative: Sometimes I find the camera angles a little stiff. I would like to reposition with a little more ease and have a quicker time between product launch and population in the software

Summary: We use 3D Cloud in our retail store to give clients an idea of what products look like in their space. Most of the time this results in larger orders which include small items I throw in to make the space look more appealing. Overall very happy and thankful for this tools ease of use and accessibility.

Positive: Love how easy it is to quickly create a room and I find I spend most of the time deciding what to put in instead of figuring out controls.

Negative: Missing some products, but thats on our company and not on the software.

Summary: Can't recommend 3D Cloud enough! We often receive fantastic feedback from our clients about how realist and accurate the renderings are and how easy it was to commit to a small or large project with us because of this.

Positive: The quality of the training support, detailed renderings, 3D models, and software. Also, the ability to customize the little details is incredible.

Negative: Time it takes to add new product, however, this is coming from someone who doesn't have any experience about how long it takes to build and add a new model with all the options.

Summary: Overall really good partner. Truly feel invested in our success. Great culture from their team that trickles back into the product. Very satisfied with tool and rates of improvements being continually made. Would recommend them as a leader in the space.
