21 Travel Rule Description
21 Travel Rule is an on-premises compliance solution tailored for virtual asset service providers (VASPs) that must share essential information for cryptocurrency transactions in alignment with the FATF Travel Rule. This software features a Compliance Dashboard and a GraphQL API, enabling efficient management of VASP-to-VASP transfers, detailed transaction reviews, enforcement of pre-transfer approval protocols, and record exports. It adheres to the Travel Rule Protocol and facilitates access to the TRUST network for involved counterparties. When dealing with transfers to self-hosted wallets, the AOPP Portal gathers wallet-ownership confirmations and upholds a verifiable audit registry. By being implemented within a client's own infrastructure, 21 Travel Rule ensures that all Travel Rule data is stored on-premises. This solution is specifically crafted for the compliance and technology teams at crypto exchanges, banks, VASPs, and various financial institutions managing virtual assets, ensuring they meet regulatory obligations effectively and securely. Furthermore, its robust architecture allows for seamless integration with existing systems, thus enhancing operational efficiency.

Excellent support and data privacy Date: Oct 21 2026
Summary: 21 Analytics makes Travel Rule compliance straightforward, and the technical support has been excellent whenever we needed help.
Positive: The support team is responsive and knowledgeable. When we’ve had technical questions, we’ve gotten clear answers quickly from people who understand both the software and the regulatory side. A big plus for us is that customer data stays within our own infrastructure, which matters a lot for our privacy and compliance obligations. The built-in TRUST connectivity is also a major benefit, as it lets us exchange Travel Rule data with a wide range of counterparties without extra integration work.
Negative: It has to be deployed in our own infrastructure, which takes some initial setup and ongoing maintenance on our side. That’s the trade-off for keeping data in-house.
