Sharenology™, Projects allows project teams collaborate, securely share files and manage the design- and construction process. It allows collaboration, document management, electronic bidding, and document sharing via a web-based platform that can only be accessed by users who have the appropriate project role. Contractors have remote access to digital files, such as RFIs (requests of information), RFCs [requests-for comments], submittals and change orders during design and construction. Sharenology Projects eliminates isolation and allows everyone to access the same files. This system can help reduce costs associated with printing, time, and resources required to create multiple documents. Remote uploads can be done by project teams to quickly get information to those who need it, including field reports, photos, videos, and RFI's.
