Devices can initiate operations through USB, PXE, or ISO and provide real-time updates to a cloud-based dashboard throughout various processes such as intake, testing, wiping, grading, and completion, enabling the simultaneous handling of multiple devices without the requirement for external hardware.
The platform executes 23 automated diagnostic tests on each device, assessing components like the CPU, storage, display, battery, and ports in under 8 minutes, ensuring thorough evaluations.
